We use Bobpay for all online payments. Bobpay is a secure and modern South African payment gateway offering:

Do you charge extra fees for using Bobpay?
No. We do not add any extra fees for paying through Bobpay. You only pay the amount shown at checkout for your order and shipping.
Which banks and cards are supported?
Bobpay supports all major South African banks and most debit and credit cards. If your bank app supports online payments or QR payments, you should be able to use Bobpay.

What currency are payments processed in?
All payments on The Organic Station website are processed in South African Rand (ZAR). If you are using a foreign card, your bank will handle the currency conversion automatically.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed immediately once Bobpay confirms that payment is successful. Because all Bobpay methods are instant, your order is placed into the packing queue without delay.
Are my payment details secure?
Yes. Bobpay is fully PCI-compliant and uses secure encryption for all transactions. We never store your card or banking information on our website.
Do you offer cash deposits or cash on delivery?
No, we don’t offer cash deposits or cash on delivery at this time. All orders must be paid online via Bobpay before they can be processed and shipped.
Will I receive a payment or order confirmation?
Yes. Once your payment has been completed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder.
