Payment Options

At The Organic Station, payments are handled securely via Bob Pay, a South African online payment gateway.

No extra fees: We don’t add any surcharge for using Bob Pay. You only pay the order total shown at checkout (including delivery, if applicable).

Bob Pay (Card, EFT, Scan to Pay, PayShap)

We use Bob Pay for online payments. Depending on what your bank supports, you may see one or more of these options at checkout:

  • Debit & Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • EFT: Manual EFT and/or Instant EFT (where available)
  • PayShap (where available)
  • Capitec Pay (where available)
  • Scan to Pay (QR) (where available)

One-off payments only: We do not charge recurring subscriptions or automated repeat payments.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are placed into our processing queue once payment is successfully confirmed. Most payments confirm within minutes, but processing times can vary depending on your bank and payment method.

Are my payment details secure?

Bob Pay states it uses PCI DSS compliance and SSL encryption to protect transactions. We do not store your card or banking details on our website.

Do you offer cash deposits or cash on delivery?

No — we currently process orders using online payment via Bob Pay only.

Will I receive a payment or order confirmation?

Yes. After successful payment, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, please check spam/promotions.
