Courier Delivery Requirements

• Delivery is to physical addresses only (no PO Boxes)
• Someone must be available to receive the parcel during business hours (Monday to Friday)
• A valid contact number must be provided

If a parcel is returned due to an incomplete address, unreachable contact number, or no one being available to receive it, return and re-delivery charges will apply.

Courier Delivery Restrictions
We do not courier to:

• Farms, plots, or mines
• Military bases or power stations
• Airports, harbours, or game reserves
• Large retail chain stores or lodges

Customers in these areas should select Bob Box or Pargo delivery, or arrange delivery to an alternative address.

Pargo Collection
Pargo offers pickup from over 2,500 retail locations, including Clicks, Legit, and Engen.
You'll receive tracking details and a collection PIN once your parcel is ready.
