Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Yes. You may return a product within 7 days of receipt. It must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Email hello@organicstation.co.za to start a return. You may return it yourself or request a collection quote. Collection fees are deducted from your refund.
Can I return a product if I ordered the wrong item?
While we’re not obligated to accept such returns, we do allow them within 7 days as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. Contact us to start the return. Return shipping costs apply.
What if I received the wrong item?
If we sent the wrong item, we’ll cover all return shipping costs and send you the correct one. Please email us within 7 days of receipt so we can resolve it quickly.
What if the item is defective or damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days with a description and photo of the issue. We’ll arrange collection and offer either a full refund or replacement. Return shipping is on us for damaged/defective products.
Are bulk or special orders returnable?
Bulk and special orders are non-returnable unless they are damaged or defective. If so, please contact us within 7 days with photos and we will assess and assist accordingly. Shipping is covered for valid returns of special orders.
What condition must returned products be in?
All returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition. Items that do not meet these standards may be refused or partially refunded.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed via the original payment method. If we’re unable to refund to that method, we’ll contact you for EFT details. You’ll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
How long do refunds take to process?
Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after receiving and inspecting your return. Bank processing times may delay the funds appearing in your account.
What are my rights as a customer?
Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act include:
