Free Delivery

We offer free delivery on all orders over R750, whether shipped via courier, Bob Box, or Pargo Click & Collect.

Courier Delivery Costs

Cape Town (Local and Surrounds):

• • R45 for orders up to R350
  • R75 for orders between R350.00 and R749.99
  • Free for orders over R750

Main Centres:

• • R45 for orders up to R350
  • R90 for orders between R350.00 and R749.99
  • Free for orders over R750

Regional & Outlying Areas:

• • R45 for orders up to R350
  • R100 for orders between R350.00 and R749.99
  • Free for orders over R750

High-Risk Areas:
Deliveries to high-risk areas will incur an additional R60 surcharge.
If courier delivery is not possible, we will contact you to arrange delivery via Bob Box or Pargo.

Bob Box Locker Delivery

  • For orders below R750, delivery rates start from R45, depending on parcel size and location

Pargo Click & Collect

Courier Delivery Requirements

• • Couriers deliver to physical addresses only (no PO Boxes).
  • Someone must be available to receive the parcel during business hours (Monday to Friday).
  • A valid contact number must be provided so the courier can reach you if necessary.

If parcels are returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, unreachable phone number, or no one being available to receive delivery, return and re-delivery fees will apply.

Delivery Restrictions

We do not deliver via courier to:

• • Plots, farms, mines, military bases, power stations, major chain stores, game reserves, lodges, airports, or harbours.

Customers in these areas will need to arrange delivery to an alternative address or use Bob Box or Pargo.

Bob Box Collection

Bob Box provides a nationwide locker and counter collection service.

• • You’ll receive a secure one-time PIN (OTP) to collect your parcel.
  • You can select your preferred pickup location at checkout.

Pargo Collection

Pargo allows pickup from over 2,500 retail locations across South Africa, including Clicks, Legit, and Engen.

• • You’ll receive tracking info and an OTP once your parcel is ready for collection.
  • Choose your preferred pick-up point at checkout.
