Properties:
- Anti-microbial
- Astringent
- Carminative
- Anti-catarrhal expectorant

Traditional Uses:
- Promotes better bowel movements without causing irritation
- Calms an irritated gut and encourages regular bowel movements
- Beneficial for conditions such as gallstones and worms by promoting efficient bowel movements
- Softens fecal matter, easing bowel movements and improving hemorrhoids (piles)
Directions for Use:
- Suitable for people on weight loss programs
- For adults and children over 12 years: Use 2g-4g in a cup of boiling water. Allow to steep for 10 minutes under cover before drinking. Best taken at bedtime. If necessary, the dosage may be increased to 1 cup in the morning and 1 cup at bedtime. The correct dosage is the smallest amount needed to maintain a soft stool.

- Do not use if pregnant or lactating
