Directions for Use:

• Suitable for people on weight loss programs
• For adults and children over 12 years: Use 2g-4g in a cup of boiling water. Allow to steep for 10 minutes under cover before drinking. Best taken at bedtime. If necessary, the dosage may be increased to 1 cup in the morning and 1 cup at bedtime. The correct dosage is the smallest amount needed to maintain a soft stool.
