Usage & Ratios
- General guide: 75–85% diffuser base with 15–25% fragrance or essential oil.
- Lighter profiles (citrus/green): start around 20–25% oil.
- Stronger profiles (woody/oriental): often perform well at 15–20% oil.
- Blend gently, then allow to settle for 12–24 hours before bottling; adjust ratio after testing.
- Performance varies by oil and reed type—always run a wick/reed test before full production.
How to Use
- Measure diffuser base and chosen oil(s) by weight for accuracy.
- Combine in a clean beaker or jug and stir slowly to minimise aeration.
- Rest the blend to clear micro-bubbles; test clarity and scent throw.
- Fill clean diffuser bottles and insert reeds; allow reeds to saturate fully.
Performance Tips
- Use quality rattan or fibre reeds; more reeds = stronger scent throw.
- Flip reeds every few days for a fragrance boost.
- Avoid placing diffusers in direct sunlight, near heat sources, or in strong drafts.
- Darker or highly coloured oils may lightly tint the finished blend—test bottle and reeds first.
Packaging & Storage
- Supplied in secure, chemical-resistant containers (1L, 5L, 25L).
- Store tightly sealed in a cool, dry place away from ignition sources and direct sunlight.
- Keep containers upright; wipe spills immediately to avoid residue.
- Best used within 12–24 months from purchase for optimal performance.
